6 mil Reinforced White / Black by Americover

Americover’s Black / White 6 mil string reinforced polyethylene is a film that is manufactured using a mix of virgin polyethylene resins. The resin is formed into skins that act as the “bread” to the reinforced “sandwich”. The skins encapsulate a grid pattern of polyester yarn, and a hot sheet of polyethylene, to form a very strong three layer product appropriate for multiple applications. This reinforced plastic sheeting is characterized by its excellent tear strength at the yarn, and its outstanding elongation properties that are provided by the open areas between the strings (scrim).
