Americover - Landfill Caps and Covers

DURA SKRIM 8BV - consists of two sheets of high-strength polyethylene film laminated together with a third layer of molten polyethylene. Black outer layers contain carbon black to enhance outdoor life. Heavy scrim reinforcement placed between these plies greatly enhances tear resistance and increases service life. It is used in more demanding applications requiring high tear resistance. It is designed to withstand in longer term outdoor applications requiring up to 4 years of exposure. Available in a variety of widths up to 80,000 square feet.

DURA SKRIM 10HUV - high strength polyethylene clear film, containing a high concentration of UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizers for long outdoor life and high puncture / tear strengths. It responds to tears by immediately surrounding and stopping the tear. DURA SKRIM 10HUV is available in a variety of widths and lengths from 600 square feet up to 70,000 square foot panels. Custom sizes are available.

DURA SKRIM 12 - for demanding applications requiring an economical yet highly tear resistant reinforced film, with DURA SKRIM 12WB's white side offering additional versatility by reducing heat build up and condensation in critical covering applications. DURA SKRIM 12 is available in a variety of widths and lengths from 600 square feet up to 70,000 square foot panels with factory welded seams to provide consistent and uniform quality. Custom sizes are available.

DURA SKRIM R20WW - for good outdoor life, high puncture and tear resistance and high chemical resistance. DURA SKRIM R20WW is available in a variety of widths and lengths from 600 square feet to over 40,000 square feet.

LLDPE - Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE) is a specialized polyethylene lining material that combines flexibility, UV stability, and chemical resistance. LLDPE was originally designed as a flexible cap material for landfills and is excellent for use in backfilled water ponds, run-off collection ponds, channels, and other water and wastewater containment applications.

RPE^® - economical lining materials for seepage control, soil remediation, and interim landfill cap applications. RPE^® makes an excellent interim cover material for covering landfill cells or soil remediation stockpiles.

RUFCO 2000B, 3000B, 4000B - RUFCO 2000B is available in widths up to 50,000 square foot panels. RUFCO 3000B is available up to 33,000 square foot panels. RUFCO 4000B is available up to 25,000 square foot panels. All panels are accordion folded every 5 feet and tightly rolled on a heavy-duty core for ease of handling and time saving installation.

RUFCO 2010B - long lasting, flexible material that will conform to almost any surface while resisting punctures and tears. RUFCO 2010B is available in widths up to 200' wide and up to 50,000 square foot panels.

RUFCO PP20, PP30, PP40 -PP20 is available in panels up to 50,000 square feet with a current minimum order of 10,000 pounds. RUFCO PP30 is available in up to 33,000 square foot panels, and RUFCO PP40 is available in panels up to 25,000 square feet. All panels are accordion folded every 5' and tightly rolled onto a heavy-duty core for ease of handling and time-saving installation.
