Most orders ship same day when placed Monday through Friday; otherwise orders are processed the following business day. If the order is custom-fabricated or a special order, the lead time can be anywhere from 1-3 weeks, depending on the specifications required.
Once your order ships, your tracking will be available within 24 hours, M-F. The tracking number will be included in your email confirmation with your invoice receipt.
If upon delivery, you see there is damage, take pictures of the damage, and then make a note of the BOL or UPS receiving ticket. You have the option to refuse the shipment or accept it with the damage noted. Call our customer service team and we will work to get the issue resolved.
If you were unable to reject the order, take pictures of the damage close up, 5ft away and 15ft away, and send us an email with a description of the damage and the photos. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
You may return most unopened items purchased on our site within 3 months of the original delivery. However, we do not accept returns on special or custom fabricated orders.
Contact us, and we will assess the damage and provide you with an (RMA) Return Material Authorization.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or if the return is a result of an internal error. If the item is returned for any other reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Credits are issued in the original payment method within 10 days of receiving the returned item.
