Tevan Riedel is the creative force behind Americover, growing the company from a small start-up in her garage to the leading national solutions provider it is today. At Americover, Tevan applies the diverse business acumen gained from several years of owning, operating and selling multiple enterprises to continuously refine the organization’s offering and ensure the most innovative solutions for its customers.
Prior to starting Americover, Tevan founded TriSynergy, a chemical solutions company specializing in biological additives and all-natural cleaning products. While at TriSynergy, Tevan invented Deck Cover®, a product designed to help protect the decks of military ships during restoration. Deck Cover became Americover®, and the product was such a success that it became the company’s main focus and the catalyst for Americover as it exists today.
Over the course of 25 years, Tevan has fueled Americover’s growth in both offering and reach, with more than 240 products currently distributed worldwide. A Denver native, she has a daughter and son-in-law who have also made Escondido their home. She is an avid reader, traveler and mentor for foster children in her community.
With Americover over 10 years and a long career working with individuals as well as companies big and small, Lisa takes pride in the care she offers every one of her customers. Her philosophy is a basic, Golden Rule approach – providing her customers with what she knows is important to them. That includes being ethical, highly responsive, and well-versed in finding solutions. One such solution she’s particularly proud of was being in on the ground floor of designing, developing, and bringing to market an innovative infection control product now being used in healthcare facilities around the world.
Outside of Americover, Lisa is a stained glass artist and animal rights advocate. Married for 26 years, she treasures her family of 2 kids, 3 dogs, and 4 cats.
Jason has 28 years of combined experience in construction and sales, with more than 10 of those years accumulated at Americover. A self-proclaimed ‘service first’ sales professional, Jason is committed to working with companies and individuals for whom he can provide the most value, rather than simply closing a deal. In addition to sales, Jason also serves as Americover’s technical advisor, having completed or overseen nearly every application of the company’s products. When he is not serving clients, Jason can be found running, fishing, surfing, camping, snowboarding or doing a variety of other outdoor activities – especially those he can do with his wife and daughter.
Donna is a forward-thinking sales professional balancing her hard work ethic with virtues of the ‘Aloha Spirit’ – patience, kindness and compassion, among others. A solutions-oriented professional, Donna credits her success at Americover to her ability to work hard, think outside the box and stay motivated by looking forward to the ‘ups’ while accepting the ‘downs.’ She has 12 children (including extended children), two dogs and “a million life lessons.”
Dean is a veteran sales, marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in surface protection and packaging solutions. At Americover, Dean brings integrity into every situation, a virtue that remains core to the enduring relationships he builds with customers. Prior to joining Americover, Dean served as VP of Sales for a packaging and surface protection manufacturing company. Dean is based near Chicago and has two children and two dogs.
Charles is committed to providing great service, which he accomplishes by gaining a deep understanding of his customers’ needs and delivering quality products that enable them to achieve their goals. As Sales Representative, Charles liaises with customers to find the right solution for each and every project, thinking outside the box as necessary to get the job done. He is passionate about Americover and focused on helping to make the company the best it can be. Outside of his role at Americover, Charles is passionate about veterans’ issues, and enjoys hiking, visiting national parks and cooking.
Andrew is an organized, dedicated sales professional committed to providing top-quality service to Americover’s customer base. His sales philosophy is simple – “to be of service”. When he is not interacting with customers, Andrew enjoys cooking, working out and traveling – in fact, he once backpacked across Europe.
Daniel is an outgoing, honest and success-driven sales professional with over 25 years of business to business sales experience. He is fluent in English and Spanish. As Account Manager for Americover, he identifies and addresses customer pain points with personalized solutions that not only solve the problem at hand but deliver long-term value. A self-motivated individual with a work-hard-play-hard mentality, Daniel really enjoys traveling and is a reef tank enthusiast. He is married with five children and three grandchildren.
