Tevan Riedel
President & Founder
Prior to starting Americover, Tevan founded TriSynergy, a chemical solutions company specializing in biological additives and all-natural cleaning products. In 1992 Tevan was working with a shipbuilder in San Diego that was looking for new ways to deal with food and waste product on the ships. During her visit to the shipyard she was asked about a plastic product being used on the ships for protection, and could she supply it. Never one to shy away she said of course! Tevan went to work with a large manufacturer who was able to create a product called Deck Cover. It is, to this day, still being used to protect the ship decks when in for repairs.
This product was a major catalyst for the creation of Americover.
Over the course of more than 25 years, Tevan has fueled Americover’s growth with innovative new products not previously on the market as well as offering over 200 products distributed worldwide.

Charlie Adkins
Account Manager
Charles is committed to providing great service, which he accomplishes by gaining a deep understanding of his customers’ needs and delivering quality products that enable them to achieve their goals. As Sales Representative, Charles liaises with customers to find the right solution for each and every project, thinking outside the box as necessary to get the job done. He is passionate about Americover and focused on helping to make the company the best it can be. Outside of his role at Americover, Charles is passionate about veterans’ issues, and enjoys hiking, visiting national parks and cooking.
Daniel Mergens
Customer Success Manager/Se Habla Espanol
Daniel is an outgoing, honest and success-driven sales professional with over 25 years of business to business sales experience. He is fluent in English and Spanish. As Account Manager for Americover, he identifies and addresses customer pain points with personalized solutions that not only solve the problem at hand but deliver long-term value. A self-motivated individual with a work-hard-play-hard mentality, Daniel really enjoys traveling and is a reef tank enthusiast. He is married with five children and three grandchildren.
Jason Treiger
Senior Account Manager
Jason is a Senior Account Manager and a 30-year construction industry veteran who helps customers solve site protection and containment challenges. He takes the time to understand what’s really at stake before recommending a solution, serving farmers, contractors, remediation companies, healthcare facilities, and government projects alike, no matter the size. When he isn’t finding your project solutions, he enjoys spending time with his family and boat fishing.
Carmen Nucci
Customer Service Team
Carmen Nucci is one of Americover’s newer Customer Service Representatives, and she’s already found her favorite part of the job: the people. “I really enjoy working with our customers because they are friendly and patient,” she says — a fit with Americover’s family-not-transactions approach to every relationship. Outside of work, Carmen is an artist who began creating canvas art during the pandemic and has since moved into 3-D pieces, collaborating with local artists, showing at a local gallery, and now expanding into galleries in Los Angeles. The same warmth and eye for detail she brings to her art shows up in every customer she works with.
